The Dog and the Wolf

Ben Roberts

Who would you want to work with?

Both are essentially the same creatures but have wildly different behaviours.

A dog is cute, famous on the internet, especially puppies. They sleep in their owner’s bed, get walked when they want too, fed on time, played with and get attention when they want.

Wolves fare for themselves, live in the mountains in cruel conditions, have to hunt for their food, fight for survival daily and find their own places to sleep.

Dogs are comfortable, wolves are hungry and ambitious.

In Pulp Fiction, the fixer who sorted things out and was a model of efficiency under pressure was called Mr Wolf not Mr Dog.

A pack of wolves get the job done, a kennel of dogs get distracted and play around.
