Talent Recruitment and Empathy are two traits that I believe go hand in hand.
Empathy is a skill to emulate the other person's thinking, being able to read body language and interpret facial expressions and what people really mean when they speak, the hidden truths and insights. It helps to really understand a person and be able to develop a relationship faster to understand their desires and ambitions.

Empathy is, at its simplest, an awareness of the feelings and emotions of other people. Obviously a key element of Emotional Intelligence. It’s the link between ourselves and others. If you only see things from your lens then the lack of awareness can cause issues frequently.
With so much negativity in the world, more empathy can help solve more problems.
