Legacy

Ben Roberts

Legacy. It's important to make your mark on the world.

Last night I attended the celebration of a leader who has been with the same company for twenty years. He had worked in different markets so the job was consistently different and came with new challenges and there was success in them all.

With the way everything is so fast these days and opportunities opening more doors as technology and start ups grow, I doubt you will see this happen much more. It is something to be proud of.

The impact and achievements won't be forgotten.

I was glad to be there, a moment to be remembered,

a time to be reflected on and memories to be shared. You always should leave footprints in the snow.

What's the longest you have worked somewhere and why did you stay?
