Hello

Ben Roberts

You had me at Hello.

First impressions count more than we realise, even when we greet someone for the first time.

People are likely to judge you on how you say ‘Hello’ or the equivalent in your native tongue.

If your greeting is flat and without personality, there is strong chance you are already considered suspicious or untrustworthy.

To gain people’s trust easier and faster, your ‘Hello’ needs some personality.

Changing the tone of your voice when you speak gives more vigour and energy and helps build the trust from the outset.

Those first impressions always count so you want to come over personable and trustworthy so a little personality in your voice helps you shine faster!
