Being Good to feeling Great

We all have weaknesses that no doubt frustrate us but on the flip side we all have strengths that we are proud of. 

Utilising our strengths is what makes us stronger and feel more positive. 

Focusing on improving our strengths has been proved to help us increase our positive mental strength. 

Whilst we should improve our weaknesses to the best we can they shouldn’t be our sole focus. 

Don’t beat yourself up because you have reached your limit, keep improving what you are good at.

 A fish is never going to ride a bicycle but they are always going to swim well. 

 So ask yourself, if you are good at swimming, do you really need to ride that bike?
