Being Brave

Ben Roberts

On July 25th 1965, Bob Dylan, known as the spokesman of a generation, created a controversial statement by moving from folk music to electric at the Newport Folk Festival.  He was booed by the crowd and this was the start of a change from folk music to rock music becoming more popular.

What once was controversial becomes mainstream eventually.

Today we face many changes and it takes a brave person to signal their intentions in a controversial manner.

If you stand for nothing, you will fall for everything.

It's great to see people like Elon Musk take on the impossible, but we should all consider  ourselves brave enough to take a chance when we need too.

Otherwise what's the point.

So what's the bravest thing you have done?
